The best veggie burger of the season is here! The combination of portobello, zucchini, and Poppamies seasonings works so well that this will become a favorite regardless of your diet.

  1. Remove the stem from the portobello and slice the zucchini lengthwise into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Lightly brush the mushrooms and zucchini with oil and sprinkle a light layer of Poppamies Burgers & Ribs RUB.
  2. Grill the zucchini and portobello until firm but nicely browned on the surface. During the last minute, add cheese slices on top of the portobello so the cheese melts.
  3. Lightly toast the buns and squeeze Poppamies Habanero tomato ketchup on the bottom half. Add pickled cucumber and grilled zucchini. Place the portobello with melted cheese on top and squeeze Poppamies Sriracha or Garlic vegan mayonnaise on the top bun. Close the burger and enjoy!
