These eye-catching and flavorful chicken wrap pockets are easy to make with Poppamies TexMex seasonings and sauces!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rub a bit of oil onto the chicken thighs and season them thoroughly with Poppamies TexMex Fajitas Spice Mix seasoning. Cook the chicken in an air fryer at 180°C for 17 minutes.
  2. Alternatively, bake the thighs in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  3. Spread sour cream on the tortilla and sprinkle a little Fajitas seasoning on top. We used beetroot tortillas in this recipe for their fun color =).
  4. Add frisée lettuce and slices of chicken thigh.
  5. Add a bit of Poppamies TexMex Chunky Salsa Dip Medium or Hot, depending on your preferred heat level.
  6. Add bell pepper slices and jalapeño slices if desired.
  7. Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top – about one teaspoon per wrap.
  8. Drizzle with Poppamies TexMex Taco Topping Jalapeno & Cheddar Style.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward so that it narrows toward the bottom, forming a pocket shape.
  10. Fold the narrow end under – and the wrap pocket is ready! Serve with nachos and salsas as well as Jalapeno & Cheddar sauce.
