Sometimes you just want quick and easy snacks for a movie night or a casual hangout – and this quick nacho platter is perfect for the job!
- Dice the red onion, avocado, and red bell pepper into small cubes.
- Spread nacho chips on the bottom of a wide bowl and sprinkle the chopped ingredients on top.
