Sometimes you just want quick and easy snacks for a movie night or a casual hangout – and this quick nacho platter is perfect for the job!

Ingredients

  1. Dice the red onion, avocado, and red bell pepper into small cubes.
  2. Spread nacho chips on the bottom of a wide bowl and sprinkle the chopped ingredients on top.
  3. Spoon over a few spoonfuls of Poppamies Salsa Chunky Dip Medium or Hot, squeeze some lime juice over it, and generously drizzle Poppamies Jalapeno & Cheddar Style Taco Topping over the whole thing. The quick nacho platter is ready to enjoy!
  4. If you want to enjoy the nachos warm, spread the nacho chips on the bottom of an oven dish.
  5. Sprinkle red onions and bell peppers on top. Drizzle generously with Poppamies Jalapeno & Cheddar Style Taco Topping.
  6. Heat the dish in a 225°C oven for about five minutes.
  7. Add the avocado cubes and a few spoonfuls of Poppamies Salsa Chunky Dip Medium or Hot on top.
  8. Serve warm with Poppamies salsa dips!
