Caribbean Coleslaw
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1–2 red chilies, cut into thin strips
- ½ mango, cubed
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce
Chicken Wings
- In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with oil and Poppamies Grill Mix RUB.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook the wings for about 8–10 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until
- golden, slightly charred, and cooked through.

- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, chili strips, mango cubes,
- and chopped parsley.
- Add lime juice, Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well to coat all the ingredients in that spicy, tropical dressing.
- Plate the grilled wings alongside a generous portion of the Caribbean slaw.
