Smoky, juicy wings meet a bright, zesty coleslaw with fresh mango and fiery Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce. This combo brings serious island vibes to your grill.

Caribbean Coleslaw

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1–2 red chilies, cut into thin strips
  • ½ mango, cubed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce

Chicken Wings

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with oil and Poppamies Grill Mix RUB.
  2. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the wings for about 8–10 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until
  5. golden, slightly charred, and cooked through.

Caribbean Coleslaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, chili strips, mango cubes,
  2. and chopped parsley.
  3. Add lime juice, Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well to coat all the ingredients in that spicy, tropical dressing.
  5. Plate the grilled wings alongside a generous portion of the Caribbean slaw.
  6. Optionally, drizzle a bit more Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce on top for an extra kick.
