  1. Mix beef with oil and Poppamies Texas Beef RUB seasoning and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the grill to 220-250 °C dergees.
  3. Thread onto skewers with mushrooms.
  4. Grill 6-10 minutes.
  5. Glaze with Poppamies Texas Barbeque sauce.
  6. Grill for 2-4 minutes more.
  7. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges
