Texas Beef Rub Seasoning
Texas Beef Rub is a mustard and pepper spice rub in the spirit of the flavors of Texas. It is intended for beef in particular, but it also goes well with pork or other ingredients. Poppamies spice rubs are well-suited for dry marinating, i.e., being rubbed on meat, and as general seasonings in the home kitchen or for grilled food. The spice mix also goes well with smoked meat.
