  1. Season the chicken breast with the Poppamies Spice Mix Tacos, and olive oil. Grill or pan-sear until golden and fully cooked. Slice thinly.
  2. Dice the avocado and toss it lightly with lime juice to prevent browning. Chop the cherry tomatoes and slice the jalapeño.
  3. On a serving plate, layer the tortilla chips, followed by grilled chicken slices, avocado, and tomatoes.
  4. Scatter the sliced jalapeños on top.
