Lettuce Wraps With Sriracha

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated (optional, for sweetness & crunch)
  • 3 rkl Poppamies Awesome Sauce
  • 1 rkl Poppamies Sriracha RUB
  • 6 large lettuce leaves (iceberg, romaine, or butter lettuce)
  • 1–2 tbsp Poppamies Sriracha Hot Sauce (to drizzle)
  • Optional toppings: sliced spring onions, sesame seeds, fresh coriander, lime wedge
  1. Cook the beef filling: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 2–3 minutes until softened. Add minced beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
  2. Stir in grated carrot and Poppamies Awesome Sauce. Season with Poppamies Sriracha RUB. Simmer 2 minutes until slightly sticky and flavorful.
  3. Prepare the wraps: Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Keep them whole to form cups.
  4. Assemble: Spoon beef mixture into each lettuce leaf. Drizzle generously with sriracha.
  5. Top with spring onions, sesame seeds, or coriander if desired
